February 2012 Newsletter - "If it doesn’t serve you, let it go..."
That applies to everything: things, habits, clothes, reactions, people, patterns, feelings, memories; we could come up with an almost endless list.
I believe life is pretty simple; we tend to complicate it. One of the ways we complicate our lives is with the clutter we hold on to - in our homes, in our workplace, and in our minds. There is a really simple, basic question we can apply: does this serve me? If it doesn’t, then let it go. It is your choice; it’s up to you.

January 2012 Newsletter - "Practicing the art of allowing..."
A friend and I sat down with pens and notepads and worked our way through the questions I posed in last month’s newsletter. (Interesting exercise!)
One of the things that came up for me was: Ask More, Anticipate More, Accept More, which reminded me of Esther and Jerry Hick’s book “Ask and It Is Given” (a book I refer to when doing The Centre Within course).
Esther and Jerry Hicks talk about the three important steps to achieve what you want out of life.

December 2011 Newsletter - "Life’s an Adventure - Enjoy the Ride"
Now is an ideal time to look back over the past year, and to look ahead to the next. One of the techniques The Centre Within teaches is
taking time out to assess each day and giving yourself praise for the things you achieved, as well as reassessing those areas where you didn’t do so well.
Remember the 4-step daily Life Cycle:
* Make a plan for the day
* Go out and do the best you can
* Praise yourself for the things you achieved...
* Give yourself positive correction where you didn’t do so well.
