This is a two day practical course in effective living. It's about feeling good, living your dreams, enjoying happy relationships, increasing your prosperity and most importantly, achieving Peace of Mind. Through simple techniques, The Centre Within course helps people to manage stress and to become more relaxed and effective in their daily lives. During the course we talk about the problems that most people have and explore the many ways those problems can be solved. While most people can relate to the stories and situations we talk about, participants are never asked to reveal any personal details. Over the past 30 years, thousands of people around Australia have benefitted from this practical, down-to-Earth workshop.

  • Self Esteem

  • Self Esteem is one of the most important keys to our success and happiness. It is the single most important factor in determining our effectiveness as human beings in our relationships and in our achievements. This one day course of fun and feeling good is designed to melt away some of those old limitations that we all have. If you're ready for a real lift and lots of oomph, this could be just the course for you. There are no prerequisites, anyone can do Self Esteem.

    • The Advanced Centre Within

    • Many people repeat The Centre Within course because it is so relevant to day-to-day living, but there comes a time when people ask "what's next?". The Advanced Centre Within course expands on the techniques learned in The Centre Within, going to even deeper levels of our minds and applying these skills to every facet of our lives. Doing The Centre Within workshop is a prerequisite for participation in this course. The Advanced Centre Within is a weekend course followed by three evenings of workshops.
